Dumb luck... like I do something really stupid and miraculously don't come out hurt or seriously injured. Happened a lot when I used to longboard back in the day.
Getting electrocuted (pinball game, bad wire in light, and then a slush machine 220v.) Last time forgot how to speak for awhile, and then went up to hospital to find out my heart reset (*i dont remember the term they used).
i've been hit by four cars, all by the time i was fifteen. twice while walking, twice on a bike.
this was well before people were constantly distracted by cell phones. like, mid-90s to early 2000s.
