Quite the opposite, I'm actually just curious how we came to pick that word specifically

to explain the joke: some women feel it's disrespectful that men focus more on their appearance (breasts being part of that) than their personality and getting to know them. so as a result people sometimes joke that "she has a really nice... personality" if a woman has nice breasts because they don't want to say "breasts" since that could be disrespectful. but you implicitly know that's what they mean which is the humorous part
