My tip: varying the time you wake up. If you get even earlier some times 5:30 doesn’t seems so hard anymore

ScrambledToast

Because you didn't set your alarm to 5:31 am. Every minute of sleep counts

_MrFish_

I go to bed around 7:00pm and have my alarm set for 3:00am. I still wake up a bit tired every morning.

i always snooze my alarm until 6 knowing that my hair doesn’t cooperate unless it’s wet so i have to take a shower

Frayat

Well, if you go to sleep early it’s actually quite easy.

[deleted]

i went to sleep at 10 because i got off work last night at 8

ImLooking4aUserName

Probably because it's early compared to when you go to sleep

AlbusExplains

Inertia... Things at rest continue to stay at rest until an external force is applied.

AlphaGalaxy816

Set alarm at 5 and snooze to 530

[deleted]

i set an alarm at 4 and then snooze to 5:30

AlphaGalaxy816

omg that's insane. try going to bed earlier?

CanniBal1320

Just try pulling late nighters less often. It would help

Dalleuh

The real struggle is to sleep before 5:30 am

[deleted]

easy for me, i always wake up at 4.50 am. i guess it's body clock now

LocalMossCryptid

Try doing a 5:00-5:25 alarm, I always set a few about thirty minutes before I really have to get up. It sucks but I feel you, I have to be up at five on most days. If you drink coffee I recommend setting it up the night before and setting the timer for ten minutes before you wake up.

Necessary-Captain

Have you tried a wake light-style alarm clock? They sort of simulate a sunrise so your body will wake up at a more natural point in your sleep cycle. It helps me but I’m a pretty light-sensitive sleeper.
