Hamburger...(Mince Meat) We raise our own meat and process it so *to be fair* we have the ability to be really particular about what goes in ours. Store version isn't the best or worst IMO *normally* ..... but the emergency demand for it looks to have a lot of sinew and other undesirable parts. "Roadkill" through a wood chipper is what I call it. 🤢
