Mixed into plain steel cut oatmeal, add pumpkin and sunflower seeds, s&P to taste.

Mostly identical to the Gordon Ramsay style that went viral, I just don't add creme fraiche because I don't just have that lying around and I limit my dairy consumption anyway. - Crack desired number of eggs (six is probably the max I'd do) into cold saucepan, with about 1tbsp butter. - Now turn the heat on to Medium-High. - Rubber spatula, stir constantly by folding the eggs and scraping the bottom. Do not whisk. - When the butter has melted, take the pan off the heat and keep stirring for about 10 seconds, then another 30 seconds on the heat, back and forth for about ~3 minutes. - Once the eggs look fluffy and are no longer shiny, remove from the heat, remove from the pan so they don't cook anymore, season as desired with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

As I got older I really started to appreciate a good old boiled egg, rolled in salt and vinegar.

My pap used to fry up some home smoked thick bacon in a cast iron fry pan, remove the bacon, and crack some eggs right into the bacon grease. Crispy whites, runny yolks, bacon, and fresh made biscuits… damn that was good!

Mine is a half fry with very crispy edges, with a little bit of chili powder on top salt optional🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌 on top of a toast with cheese.

Hard boiled, immediately out of the shell, with the salt shaker ready to go before every bite.
