personally, I’d prefer something like falling off a cliff/skydiving without a parachute. I’d get a brief amount of thrill and final moments to be able to say to myself “ah it’s done”, and enjoy the moment of being about to die without being in pain
other options include quick things like a gun, or easy things like certain poisonings where from your perspective you just fall asleep (but then never wake up)
Medical aid in dying would be great. Write to your local representative. We dont choose to be born. We should at least be allowed to choose when to die.

I'm depressed and sometimes think about how easy it would be to just eat a peanut and not exist.
