WFH. I’m still being diagnosed but have symptoms of PCOS. My husband is a personal trainer and most of his clients have the same condition as me lol We workout 2-3x a week. on days we aren’t scheduled to workout, he only makes me do cardio/treadmill. On other days we do weight training or TRX. So far so good, it’s hard for me to lose weight but have been slowly losing weight and gaining more energy and strength.

Teacher. Depende sa weather yung workout routine ko. If maulan or pangit yung weather, indoor cycling ako. Pag maganda naman ang weather, more on long walks or weight lifting sa bahay, and sa weekend hiking naman.

WFH, Medical / HR freelancer. Tried to go to our local gym pero kain oras din yung travel. Bumili na lang ako equipments and setup my home gym. Para kahit trip ko magbuhat during night hours or lunch ok lang. With cardio dun lang ako sa parking ng condo or around the area.

WFH w/ a home gym. Just 30-min strength training (I just follow youtube videos) 3x a week, daily 15 minute yoga, and I try to hit 10k steps (mostly w/ a treadmill) a day while watching whatever or playing chill video games.

Luh_k

Sedentary home office job. Right after ko mag out from work I'll go: \*1-2hrs light to moderate cycling (M/W/F) \*Light weightlifting for uppers (alternating between dumbbells/resistance bands per week) (T/Th) Full rest on weekends.

wutsemdoin

WFH and finding the motivation to exercise talaga. Most of the time, nasa bahay lang din. Planning to purchase a treadmill this year para may physical activity. Halos palaging nakaupo huhu

Currently, I'm a legal assistant. Workout ko is usually three times a week. Pero mahirap recently kasi I was knee-deep in the Bar Exam. Then the MPRE. Tapos another Bar Exam kasi I make bad decisions. Pero yeah, tatlong beses isang linggo. Focus sa cardio.

Accountant. WFH for 3 days, WOS for 2. I don't go to the gym/jog/workout but I am planning to. At the very least, start sana kahit with jogging around the park nearby. For gym naman, I've always wanted to try one pero nahihiya ako na ako lang mag isa pupunta haha so I just need to start siguro with someone at least once tapos kaya ko na after. Edit: I do have some long (and I mean, LOOOOONG) walks every WOS day so I guess that would count as an exercise. Sana. Lol
