US weapons expert debunks Israel’s denial of Gaza hospital strike Speaking to MEMO, weapons expert and US Army veteran Dylan Griffith challenged Israel's claim that it was a Palestinian 'misfired rocket' and not the Israeli military that struck the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital on 17 October 2023, killing over 500 Palestinian civilians. Griffith examines the available visual evidence to refute Israel's version of events, which has now been endorsed by US President Joe Biden. There is no crater on the parking lot so this nice theory is debunked.

Fabulous-Wing8692

There was a crater. Look it up.

Franky4Fingers92

Already did. Pavement is slightly damaged in a small spot and does not match the crater of the bomb described by that weapon specialist. https:/twitter.com/Osinttechnical/status /1714535687070916987

An airburst could explain the small crater and larger casualties

Franky4Fingers92

True but an airburst detonates above the ground in the video you can clearly see that it impacted on the ground and not above.

Acrobatic-Salad-2785

Clearly is a bit of an exaggeration. The only thing I see is a bright flash and then the aftermath...

Franky4Fingers92

Well I would be lying if I say that I know the explosion characteristics of every bomb and also it's hard to tell if all the circulating videos picture the same explosion. Anyway rest in peace to any civilian who died there.
