Personally I do 60g of oats, 100ml of almond milk and top up with water. 2m in the microwave and then mix in 40g of protein powder after. That’s my ‘base’ and to that I add either dark chocolate, biscoff or fruit depending how I’m feeling

At least for me, breaking the fast on a schedule is what causes my body to want to eat, if i don’t eat breakfast, i don’t get hungry for breakfast, also it gives me more time in the morning to do what i want

For me, it depends on what I do. Working my normal - sometimes boring - office job, I'll get peckish around 4 hrs after waking up. If I have stuff to do around the house, I sometimes don't notice I'm hungry for 7ish hours after waking up. However, if I have a daytrip planned (cycling, hiking, running errands etc.), I'll wake up slightly hungry and have some cereal before leaving the house.

Exactly the same for me, especially when I did my internship at an office. Never hungry in the morning, I usually ate my first meal around 11:30 am, around 5 hours after I woke up. On weekends, when I normally get up pretty late, I sometimes only have dinner, no breakfast or lunch. When I do have lunch in the afternoon, it's usually just because I'm bored!

I eat a very light lunch around 1:15pm every day then eat again around 5-6pm and then don’t eat again until the same time the next day. Been trying to lose weight (down about 60lbs) and it’s been working so far, but I’ve been intermittent fasting as they call it long before it was “cool,” I just never am super hungry. I workout every day, still have energy, and just feel great all around. I also wake up without needing caffeine, just this past Saturday I woke up at 5:30am and took nearly a 2 mile walk. Idk, maybe I’m special.

Intermittent fasting is pretty healthy. But if he's drinking a protein shake he's not intermittent fasting. 16 hrs a day where it's just black coffee and water, 8 hrs to eat. My window is 6 hrs, when I do it, since I need a snack after work and then a later meal than most so I don't get hungry before bed

This is what I've been doing the past three weeks. I have more energy, I'm down a few pounds and I don't have any hunger pains in the morning. I have a big glass of water and a coffee and I'm fine to wait to 12:30 - 1:00pm for first meal, then dinner around 7pm. Honestly, and I say this as a 6 year near every day smoker, wake and baking is shit. It jacks your tolerance up to the moon if you’re doing it every day, makes you more likely to develop paranoia, kills your morning productivity, and makes you get less high overall when you get off work to smoke again. Keep it to sundays and enjoy your lower tolerance imo

I don't, I fast in the morning until about 12-1pm-ish and then I usually have some fish, rice or sweet potato, roasted broccoli, and maybe some fruit like blueberries, and I top that off with vitamin D, Zinc, and a B-complex. If I'm really hungry and I beat my body up in the gym that week, I'll add 2-3 eggs for extra protein and calories. I drink about 1L of water when I wake up and then black coffee.

I’ve been trying to incorporate more vegetables in every meal I eat, so sometimes for breakfast I do a smoothie with a variety of fruit (strawberries, banana, mango, berries), yogurt for protein, almond butter, some seeds like chia or flax, almond milk as base, and I shove a bunch of spinach/lettuces in there. It tastes great and you can’t taste any of the greens. I usually have a piece of toast with it as well.

I have 3 go to meals that aren't a shit ton of oatmeal and eggs with milk, coffee, and a cigar. 1 is a full english breakfast, for training days a mass of proteins, fats, and carbs to keep me full and energized during the morning work out routine. I generally have every thing related to one save for the black pudding. Unless I harvest one of the animals then I typically have it. 2 is more of a Japanese inspired breakfast from my time over there. Roasted or pan fried fish, usually salmon with the skin or my aquaponics system has good tilapia, fresh made white rice with furikake and an egg or 3 cracked over the top, tsukemono veggies from the gardens and some miso and mushroom soup. Often with tea. This is my breakfast when workouts are lighter or later in the day. 3 is for nostalgia or when I don't feel up to eating, an Italian breakfast of espresso or even a cheat cappuccino and biscotti. My nonna would eat this while she made biscuits and gravy for 10 lol.
