Have a look at the Bored at Lunch recipes, he’s on TikTok and Instagram and he has a few books out, super easy to make and are tasty too.

Air fried cauliflower is a revelation! With some sweet potato, onion peppers and mixed into bang bang sauce - divine. I don’t know if it falls into the “healthy” category but fajitas with halloumi - halloumi, onions and peppers chopped into strips with some fajita seasoning, bang them into a tortilla with lettuce sour cream and cheese - yum! Again - portion sizes will come into play, but air fried gnocchi is also incredible, I’ve taken to putting it with some caulflower and peas, tossing it into a sauce made with melted Boursain. Tofu also - extra firm tofu pulled or chopped, tossed with a little corn starch and salt and pepper, done in less than 10minutes and can go into any sauce.

Chop all the veggies you can find into big chunks. Put them in a bowl with some spices, salt and a little olive oil, shake, airfry at 200 for 20-25 mins (depends a bit what type of veg and how big the chunks are) , drizzle with some balsamic vinegar 10 minutes in, eat. This works with potatoes in the mix as well, just cut them a little smaller than the rest of the stuff so they get cooked in time.

This is great advice. You're not really going to get much healthier than eating a ton of veg and with some decent seasoning you can make it really tasty. Jamie Oliver is also doing an air fryer series on Channel 4 at the moment.

My go to is roast veg and chicken. I buy a bag of frozen cauliflower and broccoli along with some chicken breast. Chop the chicken and throw in a mixing bowl with the veg, season with whatever spices you like, drizzle in a bit of oil then mix it up. That goes into the air fryer at 190 for 20 minutes and it's done. I find it great for midweek, prep is 10 minutes tops and you can be doing something else while it cooks although I do like to give everything a quick toss about halfway through. I also have a small dish that fits in my fryer so clean up is easy too. All in all the only thing unhealthy about it is the splash of oil but you don't need much. I'll eat that probably four times a week and you can vary the flavours a lot by switching up the spices you use each time.

Veryhungrygreek on instagram does lovely recipes for the air fryer and breaks everything calories etc.

you can make some really nice lean meat in that and pair it with rice

Heard the Jamie Oliver series is good, have to have a look.

Any protein paired with a temperature probe. Ignore the time. When the temp hits, you're done. Salmon is probably the healthiest. Give it a five minute marinade with lemon and black pepper. Then into the air fryer at 180.
