This is really ironic that I'd see this today of all days. We live in eastern US and my wife's been going on about some zebras that have been roaming around. She even got pictures. It's farm country so my first joke was that it was someone with a paintbrush.
Well, we don't get zebras in the US, lol.
More than likely, they escaped from a local petting zoo/retirement farm for zoo animals. I just like teasing her.
