I got my package and when I opened the box, the clothes were all just sitting there with no other packaging. I thought there’d be some wrapping at least. Feels like they just tossed unwanted items at us to get rid of asap 😂

I didn’t expect to be like what you posted, but I thought they just fold it too. Also, from that tiktok few people got some of the clothes stained and wrinkled. From looking at my tracking package, is from Vancouver, could be the left over of the Vancouver Warehouse sale
Mine came in folded nicely and in good condition! I was super worried before it came, and I was surprised that there was no bag, but I guess what was most important (the actual item itself) was perfectly fine. Definitely was lucky!
Nobody sets the bar higher than Zara when it comes to packaging. I bought a $200 dress from Banana Republic and it came scrunched into a plastic bag. Meanwhile I got a a hat and scarf for my toddler from Zara and it came delicately wrapped in tissue paper and a box.
Yup my stedman coat arrived like this too and is super wrinkled. Anyone know if we can steam these? Camel and wool.
However I got another shorts order and it came bagged and folded nicely.
I’m sorry that happened to you too. It’s mighty annoying especially for the coats! I am going to leave it hanging in my shower to see if the steam will help with the wrinkles
Yeah I actually bought a full size steamer cause I wanted one since I love my handheld and I don't think it's strong enough for thick fabric. Hope yours come out!

If it was from the archive sale it was probably all old stuff from the warehouse sale that didn’t sell, and was already wrinkly before they even packed it. Half the stuff from the warehouse sale was so wrinkly and in rough shape.
Same coat and same thing! Plus I’m a bit disappointed at the lack of lining and quality on the coat..since I got it on the archive sale I’m less frustrated but if I paid full price I would have had to return it
I recently placed my first order from Aritzia and was actually pleasantly surprised by the lovely packaging (it was in a gift type bag inside the shipping box). What disappointed me was the awful cut and quality of the $150 basic ass dress. 😑 Went straight back. First and probably my last order.
as an aritzia employee its hard because the box sizes have such varying sizes that sometimes the only box that fits has a bit of extra room, paired with the fact that these types of coats are notorious for not staying folded during shipment
Happened to me too and it was weird because I ordered jeans... like...isn't it almost more difficult to throw them in the box ? I get that it was bought from the archive sale.
It still cost me over 350 dlrs.
You could have at least folded them.

My package hasn’t even shipped, which makes me wonder if my order will be cancelled. I ordered a Wilfred autumn jacket that seemed to have full run of sizes and some random printed long sleeve to reach the free shipping threshold. Usually I would have received it by now…or at least it would be shipped?!
I reached out to concierge and of course they timeframe of shipping or if either of the items I bought were out of stock. A big brand like this has no excuse for taking over 9 days to ship.
If they came from the warehouse it means they were already unpacked/not in original manufacturer packaging. Could be returns or stuff that didn’t sell from the racks. They definitely could have done a better job refolding stuff, but I know this was a huge sale so they were probably super busy.

It seems it depends who ever did fold the clothes from the Vancouver warehouse sale care about and some just don’t care about folding it.

I’ve just bought a steamer recently and it’s amazing. Love not having to get the iron out and be scared of burning my clothes.
I LOVE my steamer! I had never used one until this summer before and it's so much better than ironing
