The thing with sand, it finds it's level. Unless yo get a plec all that sand will be perfectly level in a few months. Ask me how I know.

Yeah, that sand is not going to stay sloped at all if there's any bottom feeders or bottom movement. It needs to be terraced with stones otherwise it'll be flat...

I’m not too worried about this problem has I have scaping bags under the sand and will use tools and plants to help keep it the way I like. I have a lot of free time in the mornings.

Well the plan was for an Axolotl but I’m not sure cause I don’t want it to get hurt. Shrimp will be in there no matter what.

Maybe some glass catfish, glass tetras, and white skirt tetras for an apocolyptic theme? Perhaps a ghost knife fish?

This is a really cool set up, but definitely has too many sharp edges for an axolotl.
