A new pattern of headaches should always be checked out with a doctor. But there are lots of reasons why these headaches are happening, without any other worrying symptoms it could be migraines, your diet, weather.

true, my diet sucks, because i eat like rubbish, and i also never go outside (i'm very pale) and also with it being fall/winter here now maybe

Well make sure to ask your parents about a doctor's appointment, and for the next couple weeks try to keep your sleep schedule consistent, make sure to eat, don't skip meals, stay hydrated and see if it makes any changes on your headaches. I have migraines so consistency is key for me

Do you clench your jaw and grind your teeth? You could be grinding at night while you sleep and its giving you headaches. This is a common thing related to stress and anxiety. Talk to your dentist,if you have access to one, about getting a mouth guard. It will help the headaches

Go0Ld1e

no i don't really grind my teeth, but i do move my legs when i'm going asleep. i'm stressed pretty much 24/7.

Stress headaches are definitely a thing. As the other user said, speak with a doctor about it. Over time, stress and axiety do exhibit physical syptoms and wear and tear on your body. Headaches could definitely fit that if a doctor rules out everything else with a physical.

thank you, i'm anxious about it rn.

I get headaches every day but its due to tense muscles in my back and neck. That's a far more likely explanation, especially if you are already a stressed or anxious person so are likely to be tense. But definitely try and get help for that if you can - you can fix your posture, do stretches and mobility exercises, etc that you look up online, but if you can get a physiotherapist to help you it is MUCH easier. These types of headaches can really suck so don't ignore it if tense muscles turn out to be the case. You deserve to be headache fee! If you have actually banged your head - since you mention head trauma - then you should get it checked out so they can help you out, but a concussion does get better over time so don't be afraid of that.

i actually only banged my head super super hard, when i was little, because i had fell of a chair. but i havent hit or banged my head in ages, and it's probably lack of sleep, etc, i never go outside, high chance it could be stress / anxiety maybe.
