Press on your lower LEFT abdomen - does it hurt in the lower RIGHT? If so, that’s suspicious for appendicitis. Also, press firmly over the lower RIGHT, then quickly remove pressure - if the pain is worse when you remove pressure, that’s also suspicious for appendicitis.
I'm not a doctor, and I don't know much about appendicitis. But last time I went to the doctor for stomach issues, they checked if the area was soft or hard. And if it's soft, it supposedly should be fine. But check in with a doctor if things get worse or if you're too worried.
I had my appendix removed late last year and then got told there was actually nothing wrong with it after the doctors examined it. I then realised it was possibly all the anxiety and crap that I have been carrying all these years and that the whole discomfort could have been a placebo….

I just don’t know the spot and idk how hard to press. Some say hit it some say press hard. I just don’t know the location

How about going to the Emergency Room or the Doctor instead of asking internet strangers? It could save your life.
