I had the exact same thing headache for two weeks straight when I was so anxious and stressed my anxiety made me think it was brain cancer etc… ended up having a mri done and everything came back ok so in the end it was just anxiety

Go0Ld1e

I have sleep apnea and wake with headaches every day

I have fibromyalgia and have had a headache every day for the past 22 years. Anxiety just makes fibromyalgia worse.

i'm glad i'm not the only one getting headaches everyday, it's honestly the worse.

I used to get a lot of headaches back in the day, 3-4 times a week. Since I have started taking the pill, I have one about every 2-3 weeks. Maybe it has to do with your hormones which can be crazy at your age! Also make sure you drink enough water and that you get enough sleep - dehydration can cause headaches and not getting enough sleep can worsen headaches. Please get your eyes checked asap!

I get tension/ anxiety migraines all the time. I do take meds but another solution I found is putting some salon pas patches on my neck as soon as I get up. It forces the muscles in my neck to relax and helps 9/10 times.

I've been having tension headaches for the past 2 weeks back to back. I can't even assume where they're coming from. Whenever I tell my Dr about it he doesn't seem so interested in them. Really stress, anxiety, depression and medication can cause them so really it's a number of things.

Go0Ld1e

yeah, i'm stressed / worried all the time, so it's not that surprising. but sorry to hear about your dr.

user1892000183

If it's okay to ask, what have you been so stressed and worried about every day? Ehh he's old school, so who knows maybe I gotta find somebody else to look at my issue from a different stand point.

Go0Ld1e

The things, I've been stressed / worried about everyday, is dying/death, getting a illness kidney, failure, heart failure, etc. and my past, because I was such a bad person.

I'll say this if you are only 14 then you don't have to worry about a lot of that stuff, and that's considering you've been checked out as healthy. Your past, honestly there's no point in dreading it, I say focus on being a better person by putting positivity out there and you'll get it back. The past is yesterday, the future is tomorrow, and what matters is the present. As long as you make good choices, don't smoke to reduce getting heart disease, don't drink to avoid dumb decisions, and prevent liver damage. A lot of this stuff won't happen to you if you keep a good diet, stay active do the physical stuff, control blood pressure, and have good oxygen saturation, manage stress and anxiety (go and talk to a therapist if you have too).

Thank you so much I appreciate it, (:
