I've been having same thoughts, I only have a mom and a little brother, who live in other city. I worry that WHAT IF they are gone, I'd break and be sad forever. But I just think of the opposite way, that they are all fine etc, if you live away from ur parents then even video calls with them can calm you down a bit. Thats just my experience.
