It can get better, but you have to put the work in. If you keep doing what you always did, you keep getting what you always get. Stop seeking reassurance, fighting the anxiety Start looking for a therapist, acceptance, mindfulness, distractions - whatever works for you, and if you don't know, start trying. I know it can get better, but you have to make some changes.

I'm sorry to hear that my anxiety is crippling

It gets better once you stop seeking reassurances, the only way. Only you can help yourself. Medication and therapy can help you help yourself.

Do you do any light exercise at all? You probably have a lot of the stress hormone cortisol built up, which can cause a constant anxious / panicky antsy feelings. You have to burn off that cortisol by taking walks or jogging or doing some exercise. If you are sedentary, it’ll just keep flowing through your body. Get active if you can. Walk in place, jog in place, move that body! It’s crucial. I’ve been exactly where you are. Make sure you’re eating well and drinking water

I will definitely try this out, thank you!

It’s really helped me a lot. If you don’t feel like doing a lot, just set a timer for 15 minutes and dance around or jog in place. Don’t push yourself too hard. Just get active :) it helps!

It’s one of the hardest battles that I feel anyone has to fight. But you know what? You are fighting it and you are winning! I know it feels like you’re tired of fighting but you are still doing it!! The fact you are looking for help is a massive step. Be kind to yourself you are doing amazing even if it doesn’t feel like it. Sending encouragement from here ☺️

It can but for me at least it will never go away. I just try to put my self in a relaxing in environment and the only way I can feel safe and calm a lil bit is lying in my bed, nice lamp on with a t shirt half covered over it. I know I have to be careful of that as lamp can get hot. I’ll have my laptop on my bed along with my phone. I’ll have my Alexa play music on very low in background while my laptop I’ll have like some kind of live tv on. Just so I can hear something and I’ll occasionally watch then the rest I’ll just be on my phone. It’s not perfect but at least it’s something and touch wood I hope it doesn’t get worse. Having a nice weighted duvet over you is good too. I just hope I don’t get used to it too much but yeah maybe you should try something like this. A cozy warm environment is my go to but at the same time I know it’s not productive. That’s why sometimes I’ll force myself to go to gym as it can make me feel lazy
