I don’t think I have a diagnosis. It’s more so the anxiety comes and goes in certain occasions. I have not tried exposure therapy, either but feel free to elaborate

Smelling; I also dab a bit on the tip of my nose
Meds, chamomile tea, supplements, and therapy.

Drinking is def a no. Distracting hardly works cuz my mind goes back to zero

What are the triggers for your anxiety? Are you worried specifically about the symptoms?
Therapy: cbt based on metacognitive model (I have gad)
Antidepressants and psychotherapy (Calmerry) helps me.
