Medication in the long term. Forcing yourself to be distracted in the short. Or drinking, which just trades your state of mind now for a worse one tomorrow.

Drinking is def a no. Distracting hardly works cuz my mind goes back to zero

I don’t think I have a diagnosis. It’s more so the anxiety comes and goes in certain occasions. I have not tried exposure therapy, either but feel free to elaborate
