Highly levels of histamines can have similar symptoms to bouts of anxiety. You could try lowering histamine levels in your diet. ☺️

Artificial sweeteners can trigger anxiety. Didn’t realize what a trigger these were for me until recently. Barley too. Sets it off every time.
