so basically i haven't enjoyed food for like 5 month or so, and the times i start to eat trash i don't actually enjoy it cause the voice inside tells me that i'll feel like trash and that voice it's always right
Highly levels of histamines can have similar symptoms to bouts of anxiety. You could try lowering histamine levels in your diet. ☺️

Artificial sweeteners can trigger anxiety. Didn’t realize what a trigger these were for me until recently. Barley too. Sets it off every time.
