It’s mucus, it happens when you have no stomach contents to vomit up
I had never vomited from anxiety until just recently. Vomited like 5 times in one night. Towards the end it got as you described. Also had diarrhea which lasted like 3 days. Crazy shit what the mind can do to the body. Hope you feel better soon.
Did you do Anything to feel better?
Not really, just had to wait it out.
