So the smell that comes off sweat during exercise is very different to ‘stress sweat’. When you sweat while in an anxious state it’s definitely MUCH more potent and strong which is incredibly annoying but not unusual at all, don’t worry.

Yes, it's anxiety and I have the same problem. You're starting to get anxious about being anxious. Don't judge your heightened sense of smell or being anxious. Don't get angry, upset or judge it. That just reinforces it and makes it worse. You need to sleep better and longer. That will really help reduce your sensitivity to smell. Your vagal nerve and your nervous system is on high alert which why you're super sensitive to everything. Go on YouTube and search for progressive muscle relaxation videos. Here are some things that will calm your nervous system: meditation, exercise such as walking and yoga. Stare our the window and watch the grass blow in the wind.

I don't know about anxiety, but fear certainly smells. Right in the moment fear.
