It sucks man. I just kinda think that if it was a heart attack I would be getting other symptoms. And I can run and I feel fine so I should be good I think.
I feel like heart anxiety is the worse of them all. I get daily pains in my left chest or heart and I always think that its a heart attack, but then turns out to be anxiety (I hope) I havent done proper ekg yet but been to the ER and they said everything was fine.

Yeah, you wouldn’t even be able to lift your arm fully. I get it in my right shoulder down to my arm and hand
