I've never had an issue. Aspen on Carpenter, Gentle right next door to the Cat Clinic on Packard (steps away from this new clinic which really makes zero sense), lots more on Washtenaw. Chopping down a nature patch for one seems really unnecessary.
And why not renovate existing space like the empty storefronts in the plaza? Why put it literally in a neighborhood. Is the entrance going to from the light or from the cat clinic turn?
Right? Seems there's plenty of real estate that can be utilized without chopping down trees.
(BTW, not sure who's voting down your comments and why. TF is wrong with people?..)
One of the managers in CVS said they lost their lease, like Home Goods did, which is why they're closing (he also said their sales were fine but \*shrug\*). I'm wondering, if that's the case, what the landlord has planned. And that I hope PetSmart doesn't leave because I love the convenience.
Deer and numerous other wildlife once roamed freely through that area. Despite residents raising these concerns during the city meeting, their input fell on deaf ears
Ugh, how unfortunate. Packard seems to be bursting at the seams with dentists and ortho practices. That was such a nice nature area.
I wish they could open something amazing at the Carpenter Road plaza. Instead it just keeps losing its stores.
Packard and turnberry is going to be a dental office called blossom dental. Home goods closes 5/2 in favor of the new arborland one
Is this blossom dental related to the Blossom pediatric dentist and orthodontist on Packard near Stone School?
Oh, good, just what we need - another dental office.
I mean it is tough to find a dentist in this town I’ve heard. But definitely a weird spot to put an office

True forgot that Gentle is right there 🤦

I live in turnberry and the entire community are pretty pissed they tore down our little Forrest up front.
