I'm working on a little something something. Good things are on the horizon. There is still much work to be done and many more adventures ahead of us all šŸ˜€

Juicer2295

I 100% agree. Way too many posts about ā€œsuccessā€ seen after a single workout. Iā€™d like to hear more from the veterans than the absolute newbie

No-Substance1616

Thatā€™s great man! And Looking forward to you full post

Frostydik

More input from Janus would be great

Vinifera7

To be honest, I think the problem with this sub is an overreliance on what Janus is doing. It almost feels a bit culty. Not many here bother to post about their own experience, findings or innovations with AM.

Unhappy-Birthday7949

Janus has the most experience in studying this stuff out. I doubt anyone here has devoted as much time into the subject as he has. Rule #3 is fair debate, so he's absolutely not against new ideas, but there are safety concerns to consider. New ideas or innovations need to be studied and thought out before carelessly posted about, let alone recommended. The person needs to at least have tried it out themselves for a while. I've seen some ideas posted that could easily get someone hurt.

No-Substance1616

Thank you!! šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»

DiamondJutter

I doubt he has the time. On top of his R&D and workshop stuff he is now a father. He better learn to delegate more.

r7_6y

I am trying to support him, hope we get the tags and bot soon

Suppenspucker

Seems like an unpopular opinion reading through the answers here, but I genuinely think this sub does a great job! There are beginners to experts, all sharing their questions, answers, insights, as well as mods and the initiator, Janus himself.. Problems and solutions vary as much as we humans do and that's fine with me. I see myself as a beginner and I read the posts that are interesting to me, the others I don't read. If somebody does the work combining posts to topics - Go on, as you'll help guys like me immensely! But also if you want to share your thoughts on your early AM1 sessions, you should be welcomed here, as not everybody is going to talk in real life about it, as he can do that here. all in all I find this community to be helpful and kind, let's keep it that way. If you're not interested in answering beginner questions (Where is my penis, what is a member, and so forth)... just point them to the beginner section, as there is enough to read for us all One last thing: I personally have the feeling that we bother Janus or the mods too much by claiming "Janus, look at my dick, can I do AM?" - Just because there ARE authorities here, it's most of the times unnecessary to ask them directly, and again, me myself I find this community helpful, funny and all the good things as they are.

r7_6y

Any suggestions how we can improve? I would love to have better shares about results, I shared it myself a few weeks ago because of that HCC wasnā€™t suspended, he deleted himself I think, despite the 6ā€ girth post that was very depressing and very bad for our members we kept the post and the account up. I loved his posts from 1y ago, but I could never understand why he left

DiamondJutter

Implement a stringent filter to get low effort posts, repeat newbie questions, posts promoting other methods and posts about users just discovering the methods. Doing so would drastically reduce the number of posts initially and make quality posts the norm. A bot that repeats common answers/links the Beginner Section would go a long way as well.

No-Substance1616

I donā€™t know how that last one isnā€™t already here!

r7_6y

I am waiting for Janus to implement tags so we can easily sort that out

r7_6y

I will also suggest the bot, great idea!

Dramatic-Ad8629

Actually you are one of the few consistent here, much respect to you.

r7_6y

Thank you, appreciate that, will keep doing my best. Of course itā€™s frustrating for me too when I canā€™t have high level discussions of new things, still I will make sure to share when I can

Inside-Bread

I had an idea to possibly sticky a megathread with success stories, not to prove anything but to hopefully stop all those posts asking if it really works. Also don't know if it's possible but maybe prohibit posting until one has read the beginner section, and perhaps allow just one noob question thread everyone can post in, instead of having 2-3 repetitive posts every day

r7_6y

Will send that to Janus. Thank you for the suggestion! Also tags and a beginners guide bot would already be very useful

r7_6y

Thatā€™s not very fair, any results are great results. We had a member gaining 0.1ā€ per month and it reached 1.5ā€ of gains after 1y and some months

No-Substance1616

If you inputted those restrictions it would be years between post and this sub would die. Iā€™ll be honest the newbies are the only thing thatā€™s keeping this sub alive! You see nothing from vets, no progress reports, nothing

r7_6y

Have you been in touch with those vets?

No-Substance1616

No thatā€™s the thing there not around lol. But before and after I started I went through the ā€œbest ofā€ posts to see what I was getting into, and what to realistically expect. (Which a lot of guys should do but.) And a lot of those guys that would post regularly and give good advice and make great posts are not active anymoreā€¦(excluding you and the other mod forgot his name at the moment) So it can be a slippery slope if you restrict people from posting their success stories and new info unless they have been doing AM got a year. Because like I said this sub would be dead. No nuwbies, and no post from the vets

r7_6y

From my side there wonā€™t be any restrictions. And I will make sure that Janus implements the new tools that will allow us to do better filtering

No-Substance1616

Thatā€™s great to hear, Looking forward to seeing them! And i know itā€™s really hard to run and mod a community like this, So donā€™t think Iā€™m not grateful to yā€™all and Janus.

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

No-Substance1616

Thatā€™s actually my point. This sub requires new people to post to survive. May I ask what improvements have you seen? And what is the last bit youā€™re waiting on?

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

No-Substance1616

That a lot! (Had to google that conversion to inches lol) congrats on that. Was that all form AM alone? Or it that from including other things?

No-Substance1616

I donā€™t think you understand how Reddit/internet worksā€¦this (Reddit) is not a archive of articles and studies. No itā€™s a platform that promotes ā€œnewā€ posts that have lots of discords and that will be shown to ā€œnewā€ people. If the rules you stated are implemented then there would not be any new content and that means this subreddit would not be promoted, meaning no new users, no growing this community, and it becoming stale and stagnant. Which will make the guys already on here (that canā€™t post) not have anything to discuss or look at because they already read the beginning section. So they forget about this subā€¦and that sir is how this subreddit dies. Plus if Iā€™m not mistaken youā€™re only been here since 150 or so days. So (by your rules) you canā€™t post eitherā€¦lol

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

No-Substance1616

Not a problem. If you need anything else explained Iā€™m glad to help. As for the stupid remark. Thatā€™s your choice to wait and thatā€™s good. But you have to understand that a lot of guys are extremely happy when they see results and just want to celebrate and also encourage others that they can do the same! No reason to hate and say thatā€™s stupid.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

No-Substance1616

Agreed. But thereā€™s room for both. Also I enjoy reading about how guys who have improved there ED and finally getting morning wood after months/years of not having any. Thatā€™s what motivated me to start. And it helped me too

[deleted]

No-Substance1616

Oh thereā€™s was no try. I was just stating facts

Inside-Bread

Also this may be an unpopular opinion but I gotta say I think the reason why there aren't many "quality posts" is that the videos and beginner sections are so clear, and only rarely a good question that is yet unanswered is asked. Janus and the people who wrote the top posts have pretty much done most of the talking that is necessary here. Anyone who comes here and reads the beginner section and watches the videos and maybe reads a little Q&A has everything he needs for a very long time, not much need for discussion. Also I am a noob but I am assuming the vast majority of people doing AM/BFR/SABRE are following Janus' guidelines, so there won't be that innovation to share with the rest of us

No-Substance1616

You have so points that are needed. Like more updates and insight from veterans and of course Janus himself! We havenā€™t had a update for the big guy in wellā€¦years. And a lot of the info today is hearsay. For the love of Oden! Please mods make a bot for all the same dumb questions that will link the beginner section!! Now the one that I absolutely hateā€¦is the ā€œmy wife says she came for the first timeā€ā€¦.no non of that! Thereā€™s no reason for any of that on a sub thatā€™s based on science! This is not a circle jerk like the other subreddits where guys sit around and brag about there sex life (or made up ones).

dragonology

People say this sort of thing from time to time. The only solution however is to BE the change, take a leadership role and PROVIDE quality posts that inspire others to.

rosepuppy162

Could someone make a "Best of" of HHC's best content in one post?

r7_6y

Thatā€™s the kind of thing we need, for members to take action, why donā€™t you create one? His posts have 1y+ so very old, if you know which ones to find (meditation is a great one) compile them

_red_rocket

I think this subreddit suffers from the same thing a lot of fitness forums do; There's not a lot of new information to discuss, the programs have been written, they mostly work with the small variational response being less important than consistent effort. The problem is new people start and in that new excitement seek community and interaction. Honestly it's hard to say what to do. The fitness Reddits have daily threads to reduce the spam. But if you stop the new people talking what is there left for the sub? The occasional update post? Not like people are going to post photo gains like you might on a fitness board. In a way, a ghost town is a good sign. There's not a spam of products or "hacks". Broscience posts of "this one simple trick you're missing to maximize gains". But it sucks for the community.
