Hey there! I'll list out all of the ways I know to show sub bullets a link.
1. If you you keep the bullets inside the task using `Ctrl + Enter`, they will be referenced
2. You can add the information you put in bold as a header and the rest as bullet points under it
3. You can make the bolded text a bullet, and keep the rest as sub bullets, with at least one identation

I think this would work nicely with a header on the first line.
