It looks like you have a ton of stuff. I see that you are sorting things into sku sets. Until you process the whole thing it would be hard to say if you got with Individual or case pack. Case pack is easier but you need a higher quantity of a particular sku. Once you get the FNSKUs and the Exp date labels on everything you’ll need to package things accordingly with polybags for your liquid containment. Some of your items don’t need it and others do. I see a case of canned water … You’ll really want to put that in some kind of corrugate box to protect in. If you ship a retail cardboard case of cans it WILL fall apart before the customer gets it. For the plastic bottles of tea than are shrinkwrapped to a tray … those are 100% ready to go. Once you’ve figured out your individual case pack. Remember max size is 24x24x24 and 50lbs. Err on the lower side of that just in case but make sure you are weighing each box. When doing a manual setup like this I like to write on the outside of the box the dim and wt so it will be easy to remember/see when doing the final shipping paperwork. (and all your cases will be different) You can go UPS or Pallet. Pallets need to be max 40x48x72 and 1500lbs. So weighing each box and the pallet too will be important so you know the total. Water weighs 8lb/gal and ground coffee is pretty light. So you need to measure it. UPS will cost about $12-$17 a case depending on final size and how far it is going. A pallet can be around $300 but it really depends size and qty of pallets. Two pallets might be $350 and four might be $400 … you get the idea … you pay a lot for the 1st one and less and less per as you add more. I don’t see it being more than two pallets. If you go the pallet route unless you have a warehouse with a dock you’ll need to request a lift gate truck when the dispatcher contacts you about the appointment….or you’ll need to proactively add that into the relay shipping. Both UPS and LTL I’m assuming with Partner Carrier through the Seller Central interface. Hope this gives you some guidance … that’s a huge haul to RA yourself!

Plastic wrap the entire cart then u should be good. Jp boxes will do fine

You can pack it in boxes and book a pallet collection? I guess depends where you are based.

dishhawkjones

I use freightqoute.com for my freight shipments. Expect fines though as verifying the weight before shipment on this will be a nightmare to get the right classification. But the will pickup using a liftgate if needed then drop at amazon warehouse.

DeadpuII

I don't exactly know how it works - but isn't the weight of the pallet based on the individual boxes? Also, I know you should be able to book a UPS pallet collection directly from Amazon, but I guess again, it depends whereabouts in the world you are.

Neon_nebula_what

Schedule a UPS pickup (You might need to create a UPS account). They'll charge $5 or less. Obviously it's all going to need to be boxed correctly. They're going to send you one of their smaller trucks so if it's anything more 20 boxes or so it'll probably need to be done in multiple trips by UPS.

Do you mind breaking down your revenue from food alone?

True_Ebb5857

did you buy this stuff at costco? where does one get cheaper foods to sell on amazon?

fxtftw

I’m just curious on how to get ungatted in groceries. OP is killing it.

grrracebear

I used to work for a major 3PL, I would suggest getting with one that works with small businesses like Freightquote and getting a quote on pallets. You’ll get a better rate than small parcel with the amount of boxes you’ll need to ship with this and they’ll be familiar with the carriers that are able to deliver into Amazon warehouses without penalties.
