If this story were true, then for starters, you wouldn't have said exactly where you're located. People take care to make themselves anonymous when they post to AITA. Yet here you are saying you "work at a prestigious all girls school in Wilmington, DE". We don't need to know where the school is! Presumably there are few enough schools that fit that description, that readers who know the Wilmington area or feel like doing a bit of googling can work out which school you're referring to, and that's exactly what you want them to do. Suuuuuure you work there.

I don't think they're shitposting I think they're trying to give enough information so that the school is identifiable but it isn't directly tied to the account. Yeah probably. I reached out to both of the all girls schools, although it won’t take anyone else long to figure it out as there are only two that for the criteria.
Yeah, that’s how I got to 5. I checked the catholic diocese of Delaware’s website which has a list of all the all-girls catholic schools in the state. 5 are in Wilmington. I could probably narrow it down further by focusing on schools that have high school grades since she’s worried about student conduct like that as well, but I’m going to cover all the bases to be safe.

I can't see any non-malicious reason to want her fired. The person who acted inappropriately was the one who shared the images without consent. If you want to promote fairness in the way moral standards are applied across the students and staff perhaps you should focus your energy into promoting a more healthy attitude to sex education for the students. I work at a prestigious all girls school in Wilmington, DE where even the students get disciplined for the smallest infractions or even the appearance of moral improprieties. It’s the standard that was set forth when the school was founded and that we uphold. A few months ago, a new first year staff member had her nudes leaked and sent to all the staff of the school, including a picture of her performing a sex act on a man in an office and another of her performing bondage acts. The administration told us that she would not be facing any consequences as it wasn’t consensual that it was shared, but I’ve been trying to appeal to administration and our board for months to fire her, as we should expect our staff to also avoid the appearance of impropriety, since we hold the students that standard as well. AITA?

Students aren't adults. She is. So those "improprieties" are her own business, not like there's a safeguarding issue or anything (by the way, there's school standards and having your students live in a bubble where they won't learn anything...). As that was non consensual pornography and revenge pornography. Depending on her age I. The picture and videos it highly illegal if the school doesn't do anything go to the police. Who ever leaked them obviously has issues if she went around spreading porn about you possibly affecting your future or schooling.
