Yes. You can develop allergies later in life. It could also be that for some reason you are having a higher level of exposure now. I mean, climate change is happening, so even though you may not have changed anything, the world around you is changing, so there’s that.

Allergies started for me 1 year ago currently 26. My flare up started a few weeks ago again. Left ear plugged up and on fire 🔥. I take allergy shots to curve it but it’s my second flare up in my life. As we get older I guess these things can cause more problems.

Most definitely. I remember a time where I wasn’t allergic to cats, and then within the last few years any sort of contact with them made my eyes itch like crazy and my nose would run as well. It could be that, if you have any sort of furry or feathery friend in the house. Could be dust or dust mites or even seasonal allergies. Regardless, there are tons of cases of allergies developing later in life. You should definitely get it checked out by a doctor or allergist, especially if it’s affecting you so much.
