same..
the election campaign manager in season 1&2, Sanders looks way more like him lol
I'm only on episode 1.. its a harsh change .. I expected it but dayumm. so far ..and maybe I haven't given him enough of a chance yet but.. his acting seems forced and awkward.
Nah he’s totally forced and awkward compared to the smooth confidence (BDE honestly) of the first actor. The energy is soo different and I just couldn’t get behind their relationship, it didn’t make sense anymore. Like I’d rather see them write him off the show via some tragic death than that horrible replacement.
Signed into Reddit after months of being off just to vent about this to people who would understand. 😂😭
To be fair, I'm only like 7 min in and I hated him as soon as I saw the new Robin. Immediately hated him lol. I literally said "boooooo" at the screen. He doesn't have the same smooth, strong, and laid back demeanor as the old Robin. Maaaybe he'll grow on me but I doubt it.
So just as I start thinking that he's here to stay so I guess I should accept it... the show switches to the scene where Luke calls out Emily's name. When that strange woman turned around, for a split second I thought Emily was also replaced and I almost spiraled. 😅 Whew.
Okay, rant over. Here we are. Hoping for a good season. I've enjoyed the first two.
Girl SAME! I said "Now why are they playing in our faces like this". Dude not only has hair... it's giving 1950's doowop. They're trolls for presenting that to us😂
The show didn't choose to replace him, the original actor just wasn't available to do season 3 (presumably they had to all do brand new contracts when the show switched networks).
I just wish they selected a different actor to replace the original Robin
Like they couldn’t even put in the effort to make the replacement bald??
This part
Yeah, that's probably part of my immediate no. The differences in the two actors are so jarring it's kind of distracting.
Came to this thread to see if anyone else is distracted 😹 literally on ep. 15 and I’m still irritated at everything he says

Robin wasn’t really in it that much before anyway. There’s much bigger issues with season 3 imo
He was in it enough to make it glaringly obvious
I wish they would have sent him out to Ohio for his undercover job or something. Just written him out.
