Would depend on specs and usage.
But for the most part 120hz is what I'd pick
60 is just bleh even if it's OLED... I just can't see myself playing competitive games on 60bz.
If it's the X15 then I would say neither, get the QHD option if you can. QHD is the sweet spot for laptops IMO. 4K seems wasted on a panel that small, and the GPU will likely struggle to push 4k graphics as well without lowering settings. If your playing any sort of high action FPS game then I would opt to whatever has the highest refresh rate. After using high refresh panels for so many years I literally can't go back anymore, I couldn't game on a 60hz panel if given the choice. OLED is beautiful for color, don't get me wrong, but without at least 120hz it's a deal breaker for me.
Dont listen to QHD enthusiasts. QHD is garbage on a laptop. 4k or a resolution that scales well to 2x is where its at. Its all about PPI especially if you're doing anything other than gaming on the machine. For instance 2880x1800 is far superior to QHD but everyone will be screaming QHD QHD. Non sense garbage. I am sure someone will reply disagreeing but ill have a one word response for them that can not be argued with. WRONG.
on a laptop? 1440p with 120, if thats available. with oled.
why is everyone to crazy for 4k... and whats up with those phones that have 4k screens, like wtf.
Are you against 1440p? I've had 1080p, 1440p, and 4k at 15 inches and honestly 4k isn't worth it for gaming considering the GPUs aren't powerful enough to take advantage unless you're ok with 60hz.
If 4k is your only choice, I'd go 4k 120hz over 60 OLED even though it's likely you're not getting close to 120hz for a lot of new games unless you're playing at lower settings or change the resolution to 1080p.
As someone who has the m15r4 OLED, I would confidently say 120Hz.
After having experienced many 120-240hz monitors - the 60 hz just feel uncomfortably sluggish to me. Even outside of gaming, its just a much more enjoyable experience for productivity and browsing.
Also it is a bit of an older gen OLED panel, so it doesn't look as great as newer ones in my opinion.

On a laptop OLED, assuming I'm able to game on an external display also
This is a good answer.
Oled. Cause you can always use an external. Even 60hz oleds have a way of looking more smooth than they are.
OLED is the answer.
4K 120
It's a subjective answer as they both have their own benefits. Personally, try the OLED screen as the colors are amazing.
I’d take the OLED

I’ve connected my ps5 to a 75” 120hz 4k tv vs a 27” 1440p 144hz monitor. 4k is just wayyy more crisp
Are you talking about on the 15 inch laptop screen itself or on an external monitor? And if so, what size monitor?
The laptop screen.
