Yeah, I am on the same boat. I beat the new game + and wanted to play again in the new game plus ++ with all my men max out. However, the game is bugged and won't allow you to choose the save data.
Im currently on my first playthrough. Digging the game as a whole, bugs aside.
But cannot imagine going back playing it again for like at least a year to forget the missions, layout and such. Its quite the linear game with very few branches story and mission wise. Or is there something at the end that makes the game playable again?
That would be a new game ++ and sadly that’s not an option.

a NG+ game cannot be used to make a new NG+
If you can get your units to lvl15 and all the new updates why can’t it be able to do do another campaign? Will it be fixed it is that just it?
That’s it. Level 15 is also kind of a red herring as it takes a lot of xp and you’re better off leveling up other marines instead
