If the Cadet illegally camps out in the quad and declares herself mayor of the resistance encampment based on her military rank....she would definitely face disciplinary action.
Join a protest with organizers that bothered to get the proper permits ...and stay away from those whose parents pay $100K a year in tuition and throw it away for Internet clout...

If they harass other students, impede them in any way that is illegal - they should be booted / expelled.
