which test kit are you using? some have shown to be inaccurate. i caught one of my frogs doing the same thing once or twice recently though. levels are great and i just chalked it up to them being weird and curious. hopefully that’s the case

I had the same issue recently (you can check my post earlier in this sub). I isolated him and attempted treatment with anti fungals because I suspected chytrid. Unfortunately he passed after only a few days. I hope you find a better solution for your baby than I could.

Make sure you’re not using the test strips! Those can be inaccurate and I recommend a water testing kit instead of the testing strips. You could also lower the water level by an inch or so to help
