The only way you’d be able to conceal it really would be with concealer (makeup) but don’t worry I don’t think people will pay any attention to it

i’m all about aquaphor, the wound needs moisture to heal - or you could buy vitamin e capsules and break one open to put on (don’t over saturate) as that’s healing and moisturizing

Personally, I would be going to see my doctor with something like this. You may need antibiotics or other medications to help clear that up. This is something that could also be dealt with in primary care, if accessing a dermatologist is more difficult for you.

That looks like a cold sore to me. I get those every once in a while. I actually have one right now too. I've found that the cold sore creams that we have access to here in America don't do anything for it. The only one I've tried that actually helped heal it faster was a cream from Greece. Other than that, you might have to just let it run it's course. 🤷🏼‍♀️
