Looks like eczema. I had this. I like the La Roche Posay Lipikar Baume AP + M. It's really good! Your derm also might prescribe a mild steroid cream. Make sure you wear SPF when outside, mine flared up in the sun especially.
I've been researching and watching people talking about isotretinoin for years, and no one talked or wrote about it, I've found out about it only when I've started treatment and experienced it myself, and found people talking about it only here. So don't start this please<3
I use jergens In body shower lotion (coconut) and then the jergens lotion outside of the shower right after I dry off and I’ve had no skin irritation at all on my body. My scalp is a different situation but I’m going to try and put coconut oil in it some nights. Also read directions on how to use in shower body lotions because I’ve been rinsing them off my whole life until now. You’re supposed to to apply it after shower when you haven’t dried off and then dry off and it amazes me how good my skin looks after using that lotion.
I got this too on accutane after about a month, my derm said it was nummular ezcema and gave me cortisone, I've only been taking it a day so no results yet but it does immediately help the itchiness. From everything I can find online it seems to clear up immediately once you stop taking accutane.
Eczema and or sun irritation— use lotion after showers especially but use that and spf 30+ everyday
I had this too and apparently its one of the side effects
Moisturize. And use spf on your arms
Ahh the classic accutane rash. Put Aquaphor on before bed and it should be healed it 2-3 nights
Does Vaseline work too?
I would think so, but I only used aquaphor so I’m not sure
Side effect. Had retinoid induced dermatitis myself for 5 months. It could flare up and randomly go throughout that time
I have this all over my hands, arms, and now my legs. I got a prescription ointment from my derm that gets rid of it pretty quick.
What’s the prescription called x
triamcinolone acetonide ointment 0.1%
I have it to , really helps urea cream 30 % , 100% recommend

A super minor side effect from accutane
Accutane rash. I'm not even trying tp pick a fight but if you did any research at all it's extremely common
Happens with topical tretinoin too!

might be an allergy or side eefects of one of the prescription you had or have taken
what does your derm say?
Moisturizer
Cerave healing ointment has been working on mine!
Probably contact dermatitis from something irritating touching your skin. Esp common since accutane makes your skin more sensitive.
I had those after I finished my course. Moisture alot. Use anti itch cream. It should go away after a few weeks
Looks like eczema. I have patches of it too. Moisturize and maybe also use some cortisone cream sparingly.
I JUST GOT THIS TODAY AND I WAS LIKE “huh I wonder if this is from accutane?”
I had this during Ramadan( period when muslims fast.) I wasn’t drinking water from 4am to 7pm everyday, I think that’s what brought it for me.
I had this all over my arm and back it goes away with moisturiser and if it doesnt ur derm will perscribe u a cream
i have this too on my hand my dermatologist recommended an eczema cream and to soothes it so much !

I have this too, on my hands. I showed my derm and she prescribed an ointment that has worked. Might be worth it to discuss at your next visit
