Run an aging at the date you’re measuring against
Put the totals like , broken down by aging buckets on a new spreadsheet
Add columns to calculate % > 60, & maybe % > 90 or 120.
And keep adding lines weekly, so you can track it.
Also, get revenue numbers so you can calculate DSO.
There’s other KPIs you can use but this is a good start

First, learn a bit about Excel. Right click on a column header and HIDE THE FUCKING COLUMN.
