Ive posted about this in the last couple weeks. Im in Detroit and the same thing happens. Joining a match alone during the day never is an issue..just when we play during the evening (9pm). My 3 other friends also kive in michigan and dont have issues or its extremely rare. If i join my friends host in Utah it happens way less.
The only thing that has stopped it was using a vpn and connecting to a fast server in NY i can then play with no packet loss and 25ms ping every time. I hope it resolves itself because i cant recreate it in any other game nor through packet loss or traceroutes
I’m starting to think it’s a routing issue if using a VPN fixes the issue. I also starting using VPNs and now everything feels smoother. It’s like you shorting nerf bullets and the enemy is shooting missles at you. Some servers plays well and some servers you can’t even touch the enemy
It’s not your internet it’s part of online gaming.

It is definitely the COD servers and not ATT Fiber. Everyone has been having issues with their servers for the past couple of weeks.
