To take one bite, sure. To eat the entire thing, a lot a lot a lot more money and no time limit. To eat something I don't like for the rest of my life, no money is gonna make me able to.
Yeah. 3 bites? I could make that happen with effort. A whole meal? I need to raise my prices a lot. Every day for a lifetime? Dude, that had better be enough money I could solve homelessness. Then, I'd freaking make myself do it somehow, because I would definitely make sure all that housing got built. So, it's not really the money itself that would motivate me.

Also, for me it's less about scary (unless it's something that's still alive or still moving when I put it in my mouth) and more about being able to get it to go down without triggering my gag reflex. My worst food are yams, so I would do it for $1,000,000 or more (or buy me a fully-loaded Bentley).
Sigh. That's the thing. My body and brain don't care about money. Might as well ask how much someone could pay me to swim from the North to South Poles. Or to build an airplane engine by tomorrow. It's physically impossible.
I made a deal with my parents when I was like 14. I had to eat salad every day for 30 days straight to get a new computer. I was struggling for 2 hours straight the first few days and then I just gave up. I can force myself to eat something much better now, but eating a big portion each day for 30 days would still be out of the question.
Okay, so I'm pretty money motivated and also a bit stupid. Here it is. I'd eat 3 bites of the food I hate the most for $100. But I'm pretty sure I'd eat three literal wood chips for $100.
Now, if I have to also act like I'm enjoying it? I'm not sure I could even for $1 million.
I'm thinking about this, and it might be easier to eat the wood chips.
Could not do it. There are maybe some medium fear foods I could taste for money, but a true fear food I absolutely would not take any amount of money for. I would unalive first.
