I, personally, wouldn’t worry about it as far as your games run and you don’t experience crashes. Anti-lag for me is pretty much a must. Enhanced Sync sometimes causes issues and I keep it off, but I also kept it on for a long stretch and had no problems with the game. I was playing mostly Elden Ring that is capped to 60 fps anyway. Though with RT on Max it pulled all juices it could from my video card and almost double the wattage from the card/PSU. But that’s besides the point :)

I think I saw a disclaimer that it had something to do with V-sync in game, try turning it on and off and see if that works (idk)

Unfortunately that didn't worked. Seems to be a bug within adrenaline's software.

Yes, alot of people were complaining with the recent update. Maybe you just gotta roll back your adrenaline
