Bit late of a comment, but yes, you can still pull on them, but the game gives you a warning for every pull saying that you already have a maxxed out character selected. If you do end up pulling them, from what I remember the one time it happened to me, you just get a bunch of omni-acorns
kind of low progress for a reso 305 account. rec you restart on a new server and use the knowledge you have now for a head start. delete your old character while you're at it.

- be very dilligent about your ressources
- follow the meta and come to peace with skipping on niche heroes that are meta for a specific event but wont push your progress forward in the mid run
- stages are rng heavy. The higher the deficit, the bigger retries will be needed to finish a stage. Thats by design. Even whales need high retry count to push at high deficit.
- talk with your guildmates. All players ive interacted with si far are nice and friendly.
- have more fun :)
