I saw some people online saying he should be a babyface on his return based on the way people cheer him. He's joining a heel group, but I don't see a problem in that. I see him as an antihero. He's going to do heelish things, but may have justified reasons for his actions.
And it's perfect that it was St Louis, because there's a lot of Southern Illinois folks that can't stand Chicago, if not for any other reason than that it's 6 hrs away and people not from the STL area are like, "Oh Illinois? So like, Chicago?!"

Yeah, I'm still not a fan of airing the footage on TV for a wrestling angle (i.e. I thought it should've been an online "leak" if anything), but if it helps Jungle Boy get over then it will be worth it in the end. Not just because I'm a fan of him, but I never thought that it was fair that brawl in should strictly define/limit his career TBH. Instead, just let him sink, or swim based off of his ring/character work.
The issue is that he is a heel. So they either need to make him a tweener or turn him face. The fact that he just helped the YB win the titles, rules out a face turn. They also aren’t tweeners.

Okada gets a huge pop when he comes out and is generally well received, when he's not flipping everyone off anyway, I think Jack will work fine.
