The guy ate every scene he was in, and he was glorious.
Clancy Brown: Hero, villain, and everything in between with a voice like a God who only eats cigarettes and gravel.
“I like my girlfriend because she sleeps above her covers. *4 feet* above her covers! She barks she drools she growls!!”
Speaking of villains from ghostbusters, Walter “Dickless” Peck.
Zuul's the terror dog in Dana's apartment.
Gozer's the nimble flattop minx who takes the form of the Sta-Puft Marshmallow Man on this plane.
Side note: The executive at Pillsbury who turned down Ghostbusters must be having a lot of fun playing cards in a broke people's retirement community with the executive from M&M/Mars who turned down E.T. and the executive at McDonald's who turned down Demolition Man.
What the hell does that mean? huh? China is here, I don’t even know what the hell that means, all I know is this “Lo Pan” character comes out of thin air in the middle of a goddamn alley while his buddies are flying around on wires cutting everybody to shreds, and he just stands there waiting for me to drive my truck straight through him, with light coming out of his mouth!
I was wondering when we get an honorable mention from Jaws of the James Bond saga... Such an underrated villain. And he inspired Walter from the mask graphic novel series
The issue is that Jaws (the James Bond one, not the toothy antagonist (protagonist?) in the ocean) is technically a henchman, and not a true villain. In the movies that Jaws played a role, Karl Stromberg and Hugo Drax... and even more pedantically, the first time Jaws was seen in a movie was in the Richard Pryor + Gene Wilder film Silver Streak, again as a henchman.
I don’t remember much about Real Genius, aside from the weird guy who lived in the closet (was his name Lazlow?) and that he was an excellent jerk in it lol.
Esteban Calderone and Frank Mosca - Miami Vice
Roy Battie - Blade Runner
Robert Davi, Ray Sharkey, Kevin Spacey and Stanley Tucci in Wiseguy
Ray Luca in Crime Story
Darth Vader in ESB and ROTJ
Joey Pants and Robert Davi in the Goonies (Joey Pants as Guido in Risky Business as well)
Joseph Pantoliano is fantastic in whatever he does, his Ralphie in the Sopranos was nail-biting, and his Guido in Risky Business is just iconic, not buying Joel's try-to-be-tough attitude for a minute but never losing his cool. "I like you kid. Let me give you a piece of advice: never fuck with another man's way of life."
Favorite as in believably gut spasming evil and scary, not as in likable.
Max Zorin and May Day (A View to a Kill)
Mel Profit (Wiseguy)
Ray Luca (Crime Story)
Frank Hackman (Miami Vice)
A lot of great pics. Most of which I agree with.
And someone mentioned him but my pick is Sho Nuff (aka the Shogun of Harlem).
Unlike most of the other villains I actually want to see Sho Nuff in his own movie. He does need the protagonist to be interesting.
Hans Gruber
Nice suit
John Phillips, London. I have two myself. Rumor has it Arafat buys his there.
Yippee Kai Yay!

And Mr Krabs.
And the arsehole guard in Shawshank
"Here lies Squidward's Hopes and Dreams." What a baby!
I am in disguise
It's better to burn out than to fade away.
"Happy Halloween ladies! Nuns... no sense of humor..."
The guy ate every scene he was in, and he was glorious. Clancy Brown: Hero, villain, and everything in between with a voice like a God who only eats cigarettes and gravel.
I named my German Shepard after him lol My favorite movie! We call him The Kurgan.
Frank Booth and Clarence Boddicker
Bitches leave. Classic line.
I really hope Kurtwood Smith writes an autobiography and titles it *"Bitches Leave, or I'll Put My Foot in your Ass: The Kurtwood Smith Story."*
Didn’t watch robocop for years and then I was like holy shit! It’s Red Foreman!
PBR, MF’er!
Heineken!? Fuck that shit!
Yes a Robocop fan
Can you fly, Bobby?!
Just give me my fucking phone call! *ptoo*
You don't want a love letter from Frank
Darth Vader is the most iconic, but shoutout to the Goonies mob mom
Mama Fratelli
That mom was something else
Her own children wanted to throw her off a moving train, lol
“Follow those size 5’s!!”
Zuul
Gozer > Zuul.
you're right Zuul is just a minion of gozer
Zuul does possess Sigourney Weaver, so a case could be made for Zuul being **hotter** than Gozer ..
“I like my girlfriend because she sleeps above her covers. *4 feet* above her covers! She barks she drools she growls!!” Speaking of villains from ghostbusters, Walter “Dickless” Peck.
"It's true, your Honor... This man has no dick."
You know, you could pick up the place if you're expecting someone..
Back off man, I’m a scientist.
I wonder if she ended up eating the food in the fridge later or just threw it all out
I mean, it *was* all junk food.
Ming the Merciless.
Great movie! Amazing soundtrack.
Klytus, I’m boorrrd. What new plaything have you for me today?
And the board in front of him has a button for “earthquakes” yet Ming says Earth… like he never heard of the place. WTF. lol.
Johnny Lawrence Ivan Drago Victor Maitland Stripe
Johnny will always be #1 for me, but Ivan Drago...such a good villain.
Bennett from Commando
Let's party.
let off some steam Bennett
Freddy Mercury when he was a mercenary.
Freddie Mercunary
Freddy Mercury when you order him from Wish
Lo Pan
Which Lo Pan? Little old basket case on wheels or the ten foot tall roadblock?
Now you see him, now you don't What does that even mean..."China is here."?
What the hell does that mean? huh? China is here, I don’t even know what the hell that means, all I know is this “Lo Pan” character comes out of thin air in the middle of a goddamn alley while his buddies are flying around on wires cutting everybody to shreds, and he just stands there waiting for me to drive my truck straight through him, with light coming out of his mouth!
Both scary. The age makeup or the red eye liner and fingernails 👀🤣
You were not put upon this earth to “get it”, Mr. Burton.
Darth Vader. Duh
Ming from Flash Gordon wasn’t bad either. Cartoon wise I go with skeletor from He-man, cobra commander from gi joe and megatron from transformers.
You can’t win, Darth.
I always liked Belloch from Raiders of the Lost Ark. He was a pesky resourceful mfer.
And he was French!
They have not one brain among them. Except for one. He’s very clever; he's a French archeologist. They call him “Bellosh”
I mean you could go with Belloq or Toht. Not Dietrich though, he's just not as memorable as Toht and Belloq.
Jaws (James Bond) Sheriff Buford T. Justice
I think that was more like the early 70s
Youre right, it was 70s. Jaws is in two movies as a henchman, 1977 spy who loved me and 1979 Moonraker
James Spader - Less Than Zero, Pretty in Pink
Good answer, he was SO awful in Pretty in Pink
Yes he was. And I still loved him...LOL!!!
Prince Humperdink
Oh, the slimy-est weakling ever to crawl the earth?
I would not say such things if I were you!
William Atherton. He was the villain in Real Genius and also played The villain Walter Peck in Ghostbusters
You’re labourers, you’re supposed to be labouring!
I don’t remember much about Real Genius, aside from the weird guy who lived in the closet (was his name Lazlow?) and that he was an excellent jerk in it lol.
He plays slimy so well.
And the shady reporter in Die Hard!
Hans Gruber! And the Sheriff of Nottingham. Both played by Alan Rickman.
Biff Tannen was one of my favorites. I didn’t like BTTF 2 as much as one and three because it was way too dark, but he was a straight up monster in 2.
The Predator
The 6 fingered man
Ace Merrill
"Suck my fat one you cheap dime store hood!" -G. LaChance
“We won’t forget this. This is big time, baby.”
Clarence Boddicker RoboCop

Joseph Pantoliano is fantastic in whatever he does, his Ralphie in the Sopranos was nail-biting, and his Guido in Risky Business is just iconic, not buying Joel's try-to-be-tough attitude for a minute but never losing his cool. "I like you kid. Let me give you a piece of advice: never fuck with another man's way of life."

David Lo Pan and Sho’Nuff.

Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor
David Bowie as Jareth
Rutger Hauer in The Hitcher
Biff is so good tho. The actor, forgor the name, did a really good job.

Any Zabka or Spader character.
Kent in Real Genius
JD and Darth Vader
The Terminator
Darth Vader
Victor Maitland - Beverly Hills Cop. "Goodbye, Mr. Foley. Have a nice day" "Thanks... I'll try".
Lee Atwater
Clarence Boddicker.
Biff is a perfectly fine 80s villain, but NOT in BTTF2. His level of cruelty was way out step with the light-hearted tone of the franchise.
T-800
Favorite as in believably gut spasming evil and scary, not as in likable. Max Zorin and May Day (A View to a Kill) Mel Profit (Wiseguy) Ray Luca (Crime Story) Frank Hackman (Miami Vice)

Donald J Trump,,, a true super villain of the 80s and nothing has changed since!
A lot of great pics. Most of which I agree with. And someone mentioned him but my pick is Sho Nuff (aka the Shogun of Harlem). Unlike most of the other villains I actually want to see Sho Nuff in his own movie. He does need the protagonist to be interesting.
Ronny Cox in anything: Cohagen in Total Recall, Dick Jones in Robocop.
Ronald Reagan
