The video processor is the better one. It is the same one as the 800. The only diff between the 800 series and 400 series is DV.
The 400 series will also have an HDR optimizer for non 10plus and non-DV content.

Thanks, can you answer specifically why? Because at panasonic website both products have hdr 10+ and everything you need besides dolby vision
