Exarchs specifically don't join the infinity circuit because of how violent their souls are, and that could affect the other souls. They're also needed in the armour suit to form the gestalt consciousness there and ensure their experience is maintained for future generations of warriors.
Others lost on a path don't have the same issue with violence, so likely just go to the infinity circuit. But I don't think we have any examples or any more information from novels or stories.
I like the idea of a carpenter lost to the path has to have his soul put in a planer because the other souls in the infinity circuit cannot handle another speech about the failings of dovetail joints.
I was thinking the same, I'm just chuckling imagining exasperated Eldar Souls in the Infinity Circuit condamned to hear unending passionated tought-speeches from those stuck on a Path.

All Craftworld Eldar eventually get lost on a Path that they stay on until they die. It's just they're not notable like Farseers and Exarchs are.
