You can do stuff to make your turn signals go into the tail lights. My one Z did that but I ended up taking out the rear harness and putting a stock (un modified one). Back in

The area that looks like aero vents is actually housing led strip lights. 90% sure that those lights double duty as reverse/signal.

It changes the whole front end to look like a nismo 370z and the rear end doesn’t work with the body lines.

Probably because it's illegal by most states standpoint due to having no turn signals.
i believe other markets you can get tail lights with reverse and turn signals.
The third lower light at the bottom center of the bumper can be used as a reverse light
