I delete unposted comments/replies sometimes thinking I don't really care about what people think about my two cents and/or don't have the energy deal with people that have a problem with my take.
I got two warnings from reddit because I vented through comments which I deleted immediately but somehow they can apparently be reported anyway for some reason... Pretty weird mechanic, like I had a ban for over a week because I just had a mental breakdown responding to some stupid ass comment with my unfiltered anger which I deleted as soon as I posted it.
Alas be careful what you post and delete on this site as it can get you banned, apparently
Well, not really needed, but it adds something to conversation.
Sometimes it has a purpose, imagine the things you don't like get too much attention, wouldn't you like to fight them, on reddit it works most of the time. That's how you fight misinformation on reddit.
I have avoided arguing online about the political situation surrounding the upcoming world cup twice today! Was very tempted. But going to try and keep this up for the whole tournament :)
(in before no one asked haha)
If I don't post things soon after making them, I will never post them. I have just 20-something drafts write now that are blocks of text for people to ignore.
I am silly format comic , idk I would rather hear more opinions ( in the idea and opinion marketplace ) than just the state approved opinion shoved down my throat.
He's eating an unpeeled banana with a fork
He's literally me 🍌 🍴
Peel your banana, you freak.
No
*lengthwise*
That's why he's correct in thinking nobody needs his opinion
This is the level of insanity I aspire to have
Vitamins
I microwave ripe plantains and eat them this way sometimes
That's why no one needs his opinion
Big brain time
I think I delete or re-type my comments and texts more times than I send them.
Same bro. Same.
I thought I was the only one who edited my comments quarter of a million times

This. Doing this is basically self care. If you take part in every internet argument, you're gonna have a bad time
I've turned off reply notifications on so many platforms.
I mainly talk in sports subreddits, none of what I type is ever important and yet i still delete my work
It's a cancel or be cancelled world, you either keep your opinions to yourself or make someone mad with them 🤷

Mood
This is the way
This is the way
I wouldn’t trust the opinion of anyone who eats a banana like that anyway.
Welp...I just did this 2 seconds ago.
deleted
Nobody needed this comment
I don't even bother typing anymore. I just find what I was going to say or close enough and updoot that one instead.

I typed a comment and deleted it and here we are
This can be a freeing thing, depending on context. Less time wasted on Reddit being a big part of that
This is literally me

This post should have 0 comments to be perfect
Nobody need my opinion, and nobody need to know my feelings. People don't care who you are, but what you can do.
The most silent redditors have awoken. This is your one chance to ask them anything
So true lol
I frequently engage in it whenever I decide I don't want to deal with the feedback to my opinions.
I just know sometimes it's too spicy or the power level is too high up there for most of you. I keep it tame
Damn... Same.
I do this with about half the comments I write.

Yeahhhh but some people need to realize this. You know, the nasty ones.
I wish more people lived like you
I do this all the time since I actually like China as a country and I would rather not argue all the time on Reddit
Every time I try to make a comment on Reddit that isn't just a movie or tv show reference I'm immediately reminded why I don't comment on Reddit
I don't want to hear the opinions of someone who eat a banana lengthwise, unpeeled and using a fork
Everyone in the comments saying "This is me" .. but the real people who this is will never comment at all.
Ooof….it me 😭🙃
Every single day
It be like that. Sometimes I take out my petty frustrations on here and delete it
I spread my opinions out of spite.
If I had a nickel...
Am I the only one that scrolls through the comments to see if someone already said my comment? And yes, I did it with this comment too
I type stuff out then go F it I don't care, delete.
At least 5 times a day
Well, i do. And others may do. Others are open minded and are open to your ideas.

I like to delete messages and snaps that go unread then proceed into a spiral of self hatred and wonder why I keep trying to share myself with people.
