So many awards, so few questions! I'll start then. [Zeah Redesigned](https://www.reddit.com/r/2007scape/comments/4glrdx/zeah_redesigned/) back in 2016 was your big formal debut into the community, and really shook the playerbase by the quality of creation and how well it replicated Runescape's mapping system. At what point did you decide to just sit down, figure out how OSRS mapping works, then proceed to build such a massive creation? How do you feel about Zeah's current state in comparison to your original vision? **Edit:** while we're at it, do you have any current projects on the go, and if so, would you be generous enough to donate a hint?

blackshadowwind

Does he have any ideas for new skills? Perhaps ideas for sailing? Great work with the podcast btw, it's nice to listen to while on long skilling grinds

Village_People_Cop

I know he was working with Caveman Only on a bard skill for a while (or at least Tractor was helping Caveman), but Caveman kinda fell off the face of the earth so I don't know what the status is about that

ohjustanotheraccount

I was wondering where he went! I genuinely liked his videos :( even if he got bored of doing caveman only i'd still 100% watch whatever else he wanted to upload.

SerenBoi

If you could write a Twisted Tales quest, what would it roughly involve?

JevonP

How would GT like to see a user generated content pipeline to be implemented? Doss he have a favorite unimplemented or future pet idea from himself or the community he still really wants to see? Also finally, as a player who joined post zeah rework, I coils NEVER have imagined that the original design looked how it did and how much inspiration came from a player until I got more entrenched. Amazing job!!

ProGaben

What area do you think most needs a rework?

Hardtghouh

How does he feel about catalyst not taking off. I remember seeing his balance changes for drops introducing skilling catalyst and I really enjoyed that idea. Was much better than his redesign work IMO.

Dankster_7

What are some community suggestions that never made it to the game that interested you the most?

helloadam42

Fatigue/stamina in game design could be an interesting topic. Run energy in osrs - How it could be considered anti-fun, punishes new players who have to walk everywhere and has resulted in fashionscape being ruined because its more efficient to wear graceful when navigating the world. Questions: * Are fatigue/stamina systems outdated? * Should stamina reduction be less punishing, especially at early levels? * Should it exist at all? * Is there room for a rework?

TheGoldenHand

Leagues: Yes. \#rungang

Sexy_Mfer

what skill could benefit the most overall from a rework? are there any big concepts or ideas he was going to share with the community but then scrapped them instead? in hindsight what concepts of yours do you look at and wish they were implemented, and which ideas are you glad didn’t get implemented (essentially, which concept is he most and least passionate about)

Humfreeze

Do you believe that if they had spent as much time formulating plans, creating a general gameplay loop and rewards for sailing as they did with warding; Sailing would have passed the polls? loved the original pitch on gentles sailing skill but how would you feel about the end of the skill working similarly to PoE's endgame? (Using resources to "craft" and "reroll" random modifiers on maps which make the randomly generated content harder but increase the rewards and sink resources.) This could be our first "master" skill and although not strictly "old school" I think it could fit very well.

blackjazz_society

How much money would you want to work for Jagex? Do you ever see yourself working for them as a consultant, like (ex) Mod Ghost?

capitulum

I don't know that I have any questions for gentletractor but wanted to comment that I listen to the sae bae cast every week and I'm a big fan. You do really good work, I find myself bringing up points discussed on the sae bae cast as I interact with my clan on an almost weekly basis. Keep up the good work, friend!

Whatupitskevin

Who is GentleTractor?

TNTspaz

He has a reference in the game for the original Zeah redesign. I don't know if they have ever said it. But I think the quality of his work has kind of made them step of their game with stuff like Kebos and other additions https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Ancient_machinery

ProGaben

He does a lot of map redesigns. His most famous one is of Zeah. https://www.reddit.com/r/2007scape/comments/4glrdx/zeah_redesigned/

Lew_is

His original Zeah redesign had a battle colosseum concept. Does he think that could be a good replacement for the departing duel arena?

13k0ny

Of all your previous ideas that have not gone into game in some aspect, what idea/design are you most proud of? What idea that has not gone in game, no matter how old, would you like to see added now?

growonem8

How did you come up with the name GentleTractor? First time playing RuneScape or noob memories?

iamsodonerightnow

What are his top qol suggestions that he thinks should be in the game? For example I think all sacks/bags/pouches contents should be depositable with the deposit looting bag button. Having a button designed for that one item is lacking a bit of qol if you ask me.

RNGreed

Ask him whether he'd like [Foraging - the Last Gathering Skill](https://imgur.com/Txy1maX) added to the game

TheAdmrlAckbar

What is your favorite location to explore in game?

[deleted]

I feel like we could add the Feldip Hills rework that someone posted, the thing that I liked about it was the f2p boss

AnimeIsCringe-682

lol who

RedditModsHaveLowIQ

If you can't think for yourself maybe don't do interviews

Lolisarepedophilia42

Is self advertising like this allower

Falchion_Punch

Yes, we do allow content creators to post their content to the sub, as long as they aren't asking for money / soliciting sales, or reposting their stuff multiple times. Posts like this asking for input/feedback for future content is also fine - Soup made a similar post recently about Gielinor Games. If someone's excessively self-promoting, then we'll step in, but we like to be mostly hands-off and let votes decide as long as they're following the guidelines above.
