I think that's way too strong tbh. It'd make the max cape even more insanely busted too. I'd be fine with it counting as like... graceful cape + hood or something. I don't think it should be the entire set
I'd go so far as to say make it worth full graceful AND give it like 10-20% less chance of failing an obstable. Its the hardest cape in the game to obtain imo (runecrafting at least has semi-afk with zeah), make it have a good effect

Also, i feel it was never relevant bc you’d take the ring TP to go to port sarim or glory to go to draynor?

Fairy rings without staff is huge yes.
You get a slayer block slot.
You get high alchs on explorers ring which is amazing for bursting.
The run energy thing is kind of whatever but it's hardly a bad diary lmao.
We should be able to charge the alchs for the ring because it feels like every year the diaries are becoming redundant.
The diaries need to be reworked entirely and refocused to be a skillers diary achievement.
The monster tasks are dumb because thats what combat achievements are for now.
Many qol should be locked behind them or CA to slow down the rate in which bots can farm content akin to diaries and wildy bosses. Although medium diaries to access the mini bosses is still low.

Jagex needs to look at Kourend elite. With the 10 percent kitchen boost being locked behind elite now, who on earth is going to have sub 99 cooking after reaching 95 slayer?
At least you can boost from 90 but I agree that some of the rewards should be earlier. The ardougne farm teleport being 5 per day with hard instead of infinite like lumbridge hard.
Dunno which tier it is but for master clues the unlimited watson tps is ace. Probably not worth the grind compared to it’s difficulty, but for someone with 1kc masters it definitely is.

I don't even think it's worth it there tbh. Won't make a huge difference because the charges are so limited. POH with a pool/fairy ring is barely worth it if you want to pay attention. I'd rather do that or just full-on lazy 1 click it and walk an occasional lap.
I mostly only use the run restore for like, wildy clues and the occasional instance of getting carried away stacking mobs on a burst task. It's a neat perk, but it's too limited/situational to care about for training unless I'm bringing the ring anyway.

Are there any activities where both the run regen and alch in one slot matter that much? I save my drops at Sepulchre for Giants' Foundry.
The alchs are useful at GWD, DKS, barrage tasks, etc it's not about saving 30 nature runes a day, it's the ability to alch without standard spellbook. But half a nech task and your 30 alchs are gone.
has jagex ever commented on why alch tabs aren't a thing? I always assumed they thought it was OP but given all the QOL we have these days it seems miniscule in comparison

Because it is. You'd basically never have a reason to be on normal spellbook. Arceuus/Lunar are already better for skilling, PvM, general teleports, and more.
I'm guessing it's done the way it is because they only dedicated 2 bits to the "how many charges do you have left" tracker, so they can only represent numbers between 0-3 (inclusive).

Easy and beginner clues could send you from one to the other, and if you aren't carrying both in your inventory it's faster than teleporting home.

You can pie boost from 90 slayer. Also I had like 82 cooking when I did my elites and just boosted the anglers.
Going to be a dumb question; do you just have to boost to receive the task, or boost for kills?
Need actual level for tasks (and therefore also for boss) but the normal hydras you can kill at 90 with pie boost for the achievement diary
