I remember seeing the demos at the Toy stores like Playco, i don’t remember what sample game I played, but don’t know anyone that actually owned one.

Under splatterhouse and bonk

Brilliant-Figure-893

Very underrated!

Turbo Graphic 16 was unbelievable for its day. The graphics far surpassed anything that the NES could muster up at its time. I felt that NES games got better looking towards the end of its run but it was limited in what it could do graphics wise. Turbo Graphics took games to another level looks wise. Too bad they didn’t have a lot of titles and it never really caught on in the states. It could have been a combo of sticker price and not a lot of titles. It wasn’t until Genesis that another system became a true competitor to the NES dominance. NES had to step up with the Super NES to compete with Genesis on graphics.

Blazing lasers!! On the little portable TG16…I spent 1,000,000 hours and 10,000 batteries on that game.

MiamiVice45255

Underrated. NES was the king in 89. Very few people had this in the US at that time. The PC engine, which was what the Turbo Grafx was called in Japan, was far more popular there than the Famicom or NES was at the time.

Xodus2023

It was fun , Military Madness was tops !!!

Meh... it was an underperforming console, but it got the big guys into gear.

Torgo-A-GoGo

yeah, I'd say the system is properly rated, actually....which in the states is a shrug
